Our mission is to create accessible pathways for women to enter and succeed in construction by tackling barriers to entry and providing structured support. We are dedicated to building a more inclusive, diverse and sustainable future for the industry.

Our Programmes

Built For Purpose, Built For Change

Explore our diverse range of programs designed to empower women in all aspects of their lives. From 12-week training programmes to early engagement & mentorship, we offer a supportive environment for women and young girls to thrive and succeed. Our programs are tailored to meet the unique needs of women from all walks of life, providing them with the tools and resources they need to reach their full potential in the built environment.

12-Week Training Programme

Our fully-funded 12-week programme offers women intensive, hands-on training designed to prepare them for successful careers in construction.
